1. What this is

Brand My Foldable ("the site") is a personal project run by Rohan ("I", "me"). It sells advertising placements ("spots") on a iPhone Ultra I am purchasing ("the phone") by way of an online auction. Placing a bid means you accept these terms.

2. Bidding

• A bid is an offer to buy a spot at the amount you enter, in US dollars.
• When you bid, a deposit of 20% of your bid (minimum $10) is charged to your card through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for all payments on the site.
• A bid only counts once its deposit has been paid. A new bid must exceed the standing bid on the same spot by at least $10.
• The auction closes on the phone's launch day, when Apple Stores open (the date and time are shown on the site and may move if Apple's do). Bids placed in the final 10 minutes extend the close by 10 minutes.
• I review every logo by hand and may accept or refuse any bid at my sole discretion, without giving a reason. A refused bid is cancelled and its deposit refunded in full.

3. Winning, paying, refunds

• When the auction closes, the highest paid bid on each spot wins.
• Winners get a payment link for the balance (bid minus deposit) on their bid page, and I will also send it to the email on the bid. If the balance is not paid within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited and the spot passes to the next highest bidder.
• Deposits of bids that are outbid are not refunded. They are credited in full toward the same bidder's next bid on the same spot (you pay only the difference), and, win or lose, they buy a permanent listing: your logo and link on the site and a place in that spot's history. On request I may move an outbid bid, with its deposit, to another spot.
• If I refuse a bid, its deposit is refunded in full. Refunds go to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
• If the phone is not released, or I am unable to buy it, all deposits and balances are refunded in full.

4. What you get

• A die-cut vinyl sticker of your logo applied to the spot you won on the back of the phone, protected by a clear case, for as long as I use the phone and at least until 31 December 2026. Screen spots are wallpapers displayed for the auction period plus 30 days.
• Your logo and a link to your website on the site for as long as the site is online.
• If the phone is lost, stolen or broken, the sticker moves to the replacement device, or I refund you pro-rata for the remaining period.

I make no promise about impressions, reach, views, clicks, sales or any other result. You are buying a sticker on a phone I carry, and a listing on this page.

5. Your content

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the logo and brand you submit, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, adult, hateful or infringing. You grant me a licence to print, display and photograph the logo for the purposes above. I may remove a sticker or listing that turns out to breach this section, without refund.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, my total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Apple

Brand My Foldable is an independent personal project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, iPhone, iPhone Ultra and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc. They are used on this site only to describe the device the advertising spots are applied to. Specifications and prices shown are quoted from public reporting until confirmed.
