What I collect

• When you bid: brand name, website, logo, email address, bid amount, and a hashed IP address used only to limit abuse.
• When you pay: card details are entered on Dodo Payments' checkout and never touch this site. I receive a payment reference, the amount and your email.
• Analytics: anonymous page-view counts through Vercel Analytics and AnalyzeUser, without cookies.

What is public

Your brand name, logo, website and bid amounts are shown publicly on the site and may appear in photos and videos of the phone. Your email address is never shown.

How it is used

To run the auction: confirming bids, invoices and refunds, and contacting winners. Payment receipts and refund notices come from Dodo Payments. I do not sell or share your data beyond the processors needed to run the site (Dodo Payments, Vercel and the database host).

Retention and your rights

Bid records are kept for as long as the site is online and as required for accounting. Email me to access, correct or delete your data.
